Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Pakavitor ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). Pakavitor operates the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at pakavitor.com and any associated mobile web versions.

When you register an account on Pakavitor, deposit funds, place any bet, participate in any promotion, or use any feature of the platform in any way, you are confirming that you have read and accepted these Terms in full. This acceptance applies regardless of whether you accessed the platform on a mobile device, desktop browser or any other means.

What "Accepting" Means

You confirm you are legally permitted to engage in online gaming in your jurisdiction.
You confirm all information provided during registration is accurate and truthful.
You understand that Pakavitor may amend these Terms and that continued use after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You confirm you are using the platform solely for personal recreational use and not on behalf of any third party.

Eligibility and Age Requirements

Pakavitor is strictly an 18+ platform. No person under the age of 18 may register an account, make a deposit, place a bet or participate in any promotion on Pakavitor under any circumstances. This is a firm and non-negotiable requirement with no exceptions.

Age Verification Policy

Pakavitor reserves the right to request proof of age from any player at any time. If a player cannot confirm they are 18 or older, their account will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be placed on hold, and any funds relating to bets placed while underage may be forfeited. This policy exists to protect young people and is enforced without exception.

Additional Eligibility Requirements

You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not hold player accounts on Pakavitor.
You must not be an employee, director, contractor or family member of a Pakavitor employee in a role that could create a conflict of interest.
You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously requested exclusion from Pakavitor.
You must not be acting on behalf of, or using funds belonging to, any third party.

Account Registration and Verification

Each player may hold only one account on Pakavitor. Opening multiple accounts — whether under different names, different email addresses, or different phone numbers — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all related accounts being suspended and balances potentially being voided. If you have forgotten your account credentials, contact Pakavitor support rather than opening a new account.

When registering on Pakavitor you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid payment method. Providing false information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

KYC Verification

Pakavitor operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players may be asked to submit a copy of a valid Pakistani CNIC, a recent utility bill or bank statement showing their registered address, and a selfie alongside their ID document. KYC verification is typically required before processing withdrawals above a threshold amount, or when Pakavitor's fraud detection systems flag an account for review. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your Pakavitor login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. Do not allow another person to use your account. Pakavitor will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have shared or insufficiently protected your login details. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact Pakavitor support immediately.

Deposits and Payment Methods

All transactions on Pakavitor are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, Visa and Mastercard debit cards. The minimum deposit is Rs 200 and there is no maximum deposit limit for most methods, though very large deposits may require additional verification.

Deposit Rules

Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
Pakavitor does not charge transaction fees on deposits. Your mobile wallet or bank may charge their own fees which are outside Pakavitor's control.
Funds deposited on Pakavitor are intended for gaming use only and may not be deposited and immediately withdrawn without any gaming activity — this constitutes money laundering and will be reported to relevant authorities.
Pakavitor reserves the right to decline deposits from specific payment methods or accounts at its discretion for fraud prevention purposes.
Credit cards are not accepted as a deposit method on Pakavitor.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal from Pakavitor is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method linked to the account. Pakavitor does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Easypaisa / JazzCash: Typically processed within 5–15 minutes, 24/7 including weekends.
NayaPay / SadaPay: Typically within 15–30 minutes.
IBFT Bank Transfer: Same day during banking hours; next business day for requests submitted after 5:00 PM.

Pakavitor reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing if KYC verification is incomplete, if fraud or unusual activity is detected, or if the withdrawal request triggers regulatory reporting requirements. In such cases, Pakavitor will contact you to request any necessary documentation. Withdrawals will not be declined without reason, and any reasons given will be communicated to you clearly.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Pakavitor offers a welcome bonus and various ongoing promotional offers to active players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which are clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. The general rules below apply to all Pakavitor promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

General Bonus Rules

Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household and per IP address. Players who attempt to claim the same bonus multiple times via different accounts will have all bonus winnings voided.
Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement stated in the specific promotion terms. You must complete this wagering requirement before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
Free bets must be used within the validity period stated in the offer. Expired free bets are removed from the account automatically.
Pakavitor reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn, bets already placed under that promotion's terms will be honoured.
Bonuses cannot be combined unless the specific promotion terms state they can.

Bonus Abuse: Pakavitor uses automated systems to detect bonus abuse — patterns of play designed to extract value from promotional offers rather than engage with the platform genuinely. Where bonus abuse is identified, Pakavitor reserves the right to void bonus winnings, cancel pending withdrawals derived from those winnings, and close the account.

Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on Pakavitor are subject to the platform's General Betting Rules and the specific rules for each sport or competition. These rules govern how markets are settled, what happens in the event of abandonment or postponement, and how disputes are resolved.

Key Betting Rules

A bet is not confirmed until Pakavitor has accepted it and it appears in your Bet History. If the platform is unavailable at the time of a bet, the bet is not valid until it appears in your account.
Odds are correct at the time of bet acceptance. Pakavitor reserves the right to correct clearly erroneous odds — known as "palpable errors" — before or after a bet is accepted. In such cases, Pakavitor will offer to void the bet at the original stake.
Maximum win limits apply to all bets and bet types. These are displayed in the betslip at the time of bet placement. Winning bets that exceed the maximum payout will be settled at the maximum payout amount.
Accumulator bets require all selections to win for the bet to pay out. A single losing selection voids the entire accumulator regardless of other outcomes.
In-play bets are accepted subject to a brief delay during which the odds may change. If the odds change significantly before acceptance, the betslip will display the new odds and ask for confirmation.
Abandoned matches: where a match is abandoned before the minimum playing time required for official results to stand, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.

Casino and Game Rules

Casino General Rules

All Pakavitor casino games use certified random number generators (RNG) or, for crash games like Aviator, cryptographically verified provably fair systems. The outcome of any game round cannot be predicted, manipulated or influenced by the player or by Pakavitor staff.
Jackpot Slots progressive jackpot amounts are displayed in PKR and are accurate at the time of display, though the amount can change between screen refresh and actual spin.
If a game disconnects mid-round due to a technical fault, Pakavitor's system will attempt to complete the round automatically. If it cannot be completed, the stake will be refunded to your account balance. Pakavitor will not be liable for any notional winnings on rounds that could not be completed due to technical issues.
Playing strategy, including card counting or pattern analysis, is permitted in games where it is technically possible. However, use of software tools, bots, or automated play scripts is prohibited and will result in account suspension.

Responsible Gaming

Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose in a set period. Pakavitor will not allow bets that would breach your set loss limit once it is in place.
Session Time Reminders: Receive a notification when you have been logged in for a set period of time.
Reality Checks: Regular pop-up notifications during gameplay showing your net position during the current session.
Self-Exclusion: Close your account for a period of 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and Pakavitor will not accept any requests to reverse a self-exclusion during its active period.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Pakavitor and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

Prohibited Activities

Match fixing or any form of corruption in sports events on which you have placed bets on Pakavitor.
Use of automated bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or play casino games.
Opening multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, or using Pakavitor in any way that facilitates money laundering.
Collusion in poker or any other multiplayer game format on Pakavitor.
Exploiting software bugs or glitches in a way that gives an unfair advantage — known as "soft waring." If you discover a bug, you are obligated to report it to support. Exploiting it will be treated as cheating.
Providing false identification documents or misrepresenting your identity in any way during KYC verification.
Allowing or facilitating underage persons to use your account.

Account Suspension and Closure

Grounds for Suspension

Pakavitor reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion in the following circumstances:

Breach of any clause in these Terms and Conditions.
Failure to complete KYC verification within a requested timeframe.
Reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, or match fixing.
Chargebacks initiated through a payment provider without first contacting Pakavitor support.
Detection of multiple accounts linked to the same player.
Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.

Where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, Pakavitor will aim to complete the investigation within 14 business days and communicate the outcome to the player. Where a suspension follows a confirmed breach of Terms, any balance in the account will be assessed and may be voided. Where no breach is found, any legitimate balance will be returned via the player's verified payment method.

Privacy and Data Protection

Pakavitor collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms you also accept the Privacy Policy. Your data is used to operate your account, verify your identity, process transactions, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations. Pakavitor does not sell your personal data to third parties.

Unauthorised use of our trademarks is prohibited and will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.

Limitation of Liability

Pakavitor provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. Planned maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control may occasionally result in service interruption.

Liability Limitations

Pakavitor is not liable for any loss of potential winnings due to service interruptions, technical failures, or events of force majeure.
Pakavitor is not liable for losses you incur as a result of your own gambling decisions, regardless of the outcome.
Pakavitor's maximum liability to any player in any circumstance is limited to the current balance held in that player's Pakavitor account at the time the liability arises.
Nothing in these Terms limits Pakavitor's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

Pakavitor may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify active players via the email address or phone number registered to their account, and display a prominent notification on the platform. The updated Terms will be effective from the date stated in the notification. Your continued use of Pakavitor after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should close your account before the effective date and withdraw any remaining balance.
